I M Well 2019 is an open, freestyle approach to health and wellness meaning that participants choose their own plan, actions, and pace for improving their health and wellness.
This approach is based on the principal that a good plan is one that is realistic and achievable. Participants are simply required to remain committed to executing their plan.
Progressive small actions each day are better than no actions at all.
I M Well 2019 has expanded the health & wellness beyond previous challenges which only focused on nutrition and exercise.
I M Well 2019 looks to provide insightful, valuable information for a well-rounded holistic approach to health and well-being.
